All name change scenarios can be considered within ARM index validation for ORDNAM. The use of penalties, forfeited amounts, and residual values are not reviewed or validated within ORDNAM.

The Seller may request corrections of passenger names through the following function:

The Airline can then construct an Offer (and associated “Name Correction” services therein) through OrderReshopRS that represents the correction request. This may or may not carry a cost (zero-priced, if free).

The Seller would then accept the change, with or without additional payment collection, by confirming the OfferID in OrderChangeRQ. The Airline would then return the Order with the passenger’s name corrected.
