24/7 team supporting servicing and troubleshooting requests for Order-related issues (and not technical or API-related issues, which the STPTSP capability demonstrates). This is an Airline specific capability. We would not expect a System Provider to have this capability.
NOTE: System Providers will use the above definition that pertains to their customers for Capabilities Verification.
